1. Services

Arvind CODEX provides custom software engineering, mobile application development (Flutter and React Native), web platform development, and AI automation services. Specific project deliverables, timelines, and milestones are governed by individual client agreements and project proposals.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full settlement of project invoices, all custom source code, application assets, and deliverables developed specifically for the client are transferred to the client, unless third-party or open-source software licenses dictate otherwise.

3. Project Estimates & Timelines

Project delivery schedules and MVP sprint estimates are provided based on the mutually agreed scope of work. Scope changes requested during development may adjust project milestones accordingly.

4. Warranty & Maintenance

We provide post-launch bug-fixing support as outlined in each project contract. Ongoing infrastructure maintenance, third-party API updates, and feature expansions are available through dedicated monthly SLA agreements.
